As a small business owner, not just for bookkeeping but have had freelanced/small business as a content/copywriter, virtual assistant, and catering. I am also currently a mobile notary. So, on that aspect of SAAS startups, freelancers, independent contractors, 1099s are definitely a minimal tapped market. Owners of these businesses are the jack of all trades, with a strong foundation and base, but not necessarily the master of any. I feel that in order to strengthen that, the foundational footing needs to be in place, and that's where we come in place to be part of that "jack.
